This was part of a workshop at the annual COE (Council for Opportunities in Education) Conference held September 7-10, 2014 in Washington, DC. This presentation focused on mentorship practices within the Ignition© program in education for schools and grant programs. The Ignition© program is a mentorship, orientation and transition program created to improve graduation rates, school culture and aid in the transition of new students.
