Me recording the students

My Lesson

• This lesson helped them relate real terms to what they were doing in the play.

Students Watching Themselves Perform

What Went Well

• I think the kids learned a lot about their speaking voice and about how they say and do things is not always what they think they are doing and thinking.

What I would change

• I would have read the book ‘Putting on a Play’ earlier on so that that aspect of the lesson could have become more ingrained.

Four Principle of Proper Integration

• Student use of Technology: In this lesson the students were watching a video but while they were watching this video they were supposed to be actively thinking about certain things.

Four Principle of Proper Integration

• Technology use is Essential: The students would not have been able to see and realize the importance of the projection of oral language with out the technology.

Four Principle of Proper Integration

• Focus on Learning Task: Our learning task was to focus on retelling of stories in different settings and presenting it with different media. That is exactly what the students did.

Four Principle of Proper Integration

• Added Value: Yes the technology has added value to this lesson, it provided a lot more depth to it.
