Europa Cantat• This great musical event brings together, for one week, more than 3,000

singers from across Europe and several countries in the world. It wants to offer its participants the opportunity to meet one another, live an important educational experience, sing their repertoire, learn new music, tighten relationships, understand choral and vocal traditions of the hosting country and also of the participating countries, as well as the latest news, innovations, and perspectives of the international panorama.

• EUROPA CANTAT is not a competition but an educational festival where singers can choose among 50 different workshops to learn new repertoire, new styles and meet singers from all around the world. Through the 4-8 day long workshops the different nationalities have to cooperate, work with and rely on one another to create a repertoire they can present during a concert at the end of the festival. Participation in a EUROPA CANTAT workshop is a truly international experience where singers can break language barriers through music.
