PRESENT SIMPLE
– We use it to talk about routines• We always have dinner at 9:00 pm.
PRESENT CONTINUOUS• We use it to talk about actions that are

PAST SIMPLE• We use it to talk about things that happened
in the past.– I studied at the univerity five years ago.
PAST CONTINUOUS• We use it to talk about events that happened
in the past in a specific moment. – I was sleeping at six o’clock
