Olive oil is used for many things.

Some of them are:

recipes, folk medicine, religion, cosmetic

use, medicine, etc.

Olive oil is used in most dishes and

important in the Mediterranean diet.

In beauty products we use olive oil for

lotions, soaps and cosmetics.

Soap made of olive

oil is hydrating,

hypoallergic and

full of antioxidants.

Also, it is used in folk medicine. Our

grandmothers got the recipes from their

grandmothers.

You can use oil for dry skin.

If you mix it with honey, it makes wounds heal faster.

Eating a spoonful of olive oil a day keeps you strong and

healthy.

For shiny hair mix olive oil with egg yolk and white

vinegar.

suffer from arthritis.

In oil lamps in church we put

olive oil to keep the flame

burning.
