As we fast approach the second festive sales period and the inevitable rise in sales of the Xbox One, we take a look back at some of the notable games on
Xbox 360.
A personal favourite, this dystopian vision of a post nuclear world is a stunning game both in terms of visuals and the plot. The myriad of choices, allows the
player to truly engage in the vibrantly portrayed world.
Fallout 3
Speaking of dystopian visions, a visit to Rapture is next on our list. This first person experience, while far more linear than Fallout, creates a narrative that
is hard to forget.
Bioshock
From the same stable as Fallout, Skyrim again marries a free flowing game flow system with a well crafted overall narrative. Only complaint is that you
can spent so much time on the side quests, that the main mission can be forgotten.
The Elder Scrolls - Skyrim
While Red Dead Redemption may have been labelled “GTA with horses”, LA Noir marked a different approach for the Rock Star studio. With a focus on
amazing visuals, game engine and a truly great in game aesthetic, some may say that the falls short.
LA Noir
Again offering an innovative method of play and great in game mechanics, which allow for scintillating game play. Assassins Creed in all its 360 versions
offers a great player experience.
Assassins Creed
While a more recent addition to the Xbox platform, the game mechanics have been well transferred and the game is an addictive piece of true freeform
gaming.
