Gorgonzola cream and nuts

Ingredients (4 people): 220 milliliters of evaporated milk 125 grams of gorgonzola ½ leek

1 c / p sesame seeds 7-8 walnuts fried onion black pepper salt olive oil a little milk if you want to lighten cream texture.

Elaboration:

Peel and chop the leek. Put it in a pan with a little olive oil

( when it begins to be tender include sesame seeds if they are raw, if they are already toasted you can add at the end, with nuts).

Pour the evaporated milk when the leek is well poached and add salt and pepper to taste.

Boil and then reduce to medium-low heat, stirring occasionally and remove from heat when it has thickened slightly.

Leave this prepared in a large bowl or the bowl of the mixer and incorporate the chopped cheese, mix well so that it melts in the heat.

Add the walnuts and then ground into a fine and homogeneous cream.

If you have been very thick cream can lighten it with a little milk.

To serve:

Serve gorgonzola cream and nuts snack in cups and add crispy fried onions. You can also accompany it with a crisp breadsticks or crackers. Bon Appetite!
