What Can We Learn About Hong Kong’s Past ?

Our Goal For The Trip Was To Answer That Question.

We think that before in Hong Kong there were not many medical supplies because many people died

even with fever!

We also think that in the past Hong Kong was still a multinational country because there was a lot of people with different

nationalities that died in the past.

We discovered that nationalities were separated in different sections throughout the cemetery,

that shows us that maybe people were discriminated in the past by their nationalities

or religions

In this part of the cemetery only Christians graves are laid

My group found it interesting when we discovered that there were a lot of army

deaths in the 1950’s but there weren’t anyone or thing invading Hong Kong at that time

Facts

- You can tell when the graves were laid because in the past most people used rocks

and now they usually use marble

- You can also tell what they did in their lives or what they are known for because related people lay things down in front of

their graves.

I Enjoyed This Field Trip Very Much and Got A lot of Information About Hong

Kong’s Past Out of It.
