Members first

InMail enables recruiters to attract the best passive candidates and to those last to find the job of their lives

To better attract those candidates recruiters need to write customized messages, according to background, interest, network of candidates

But there are still a lot of recruiter that send bulk mails not customized: that creates a lot of noise for our members = Members are NOT first!

WHAT?

• Recruiter users will need to maintain a minimum InMail response rate of 13%*.

• Users who fall below this threshold more than once will be unable to use bulk InMail feature in Recruiter for a period of 14 days.

Users can still reach out to prospects through 1-1 InMails.

• After the 14-day period, those who meet the threshold will once again be able to send bulk InMail messages.  

*on 100 or more InMails sent within a 14-day period
