Did you know that the pink ribbon—the symbol for breast cancer awareness--was invented in 1991 by Evelyn H. Lauder, founder & president of the
Breast Cancer Research Foundation and Alexandra Penney, then-editor of Self magazine?
Lauder says, "The ribbon stands for awareness”. And it inspires the worldwide community
to help women and men survive - and conquer- this disease.
Let’s take it a step further and have fun with Atelier’s Pink Strands, and support this worthy cause at the
