• Defining the EVA dreamline: What do we

want to have, be and do if we had the money?

• Filtering unique projects that would deserve

being funded; create vivid and detailed plans

• Research funding organisations and

individuals and pitch those projects to them

Lean and efficient admin.

Action! Lean and efficient administration

• Fully implementing CiviCRM as the cloud-

based work platform for EVA

• Set up a volunteer programme, unleashing

the incredible energy of this community

• Standardize all routine processes by writing

manuals and „how-to documents“
