Barwa Al Baraha is designed as the world’s largest truck park facility. Causing minimum impact on the environmental, this is possible due to a sensitive layout of open spaces, earth berks and green barriers.

Special to this projects is a well thought out master plan which does a grade separation for 50,000 workers who commute to and fro everyday and provides for their everyday needs.

All waste generated from this huge city is treated and used for irrigating the green spaces.

The project has a sound hierarchy of movement system with the central movement spine being completely pedestrianised and barrier free for the physically challenged.

There is a system of open spaces each having a special character and variety to cater to the large user groups.

Fast track housing was a housing complex comprising of 2000 units .

The construction technology adopted was LIGHT GUAGE STEEL CONSTRUCTION.

Project of this scale was completed in less than a year’s time.
