Welcome!

I want to thank you and congratulate you for downloading the book. This book is the first step to find true meaningful change in your life and to adapt to a more positive lifestyle that will make you more prone towards achieving success, love, and a much-needed happier life.

From birth to death, people have always been looking for happiness. We often hear this phrase a lot, “I just want to be happy”. Have you ever stopped and thought about what it means to be “happy”? If not, before you read any further, I urge you to do it right now. What is your personal definition of happiness? How can you tell if you’re truly happy?

Happiness is when you are at peace with where you are and what you are. It’s when you live in the present, enjoy the little things in life and accept yourself for who you are. To do this, you must let go of negativity and accept a positive outlook in life.

The basic concept is that unhappiness is created through negativity, and that happiness is cultivated by disarming that negativity which makes it easier to accept positivity into your life. True happiness is something that you need to discover for yourself through your own personal journey. I am hoping to guide you along the path and teach you how to get there as soon as possible.

As we progress into this book, my hope is that you will begin your journey of enlightenment and take it to the next level. Your journey into yourself will look something like this: Awareness >Disarming > Knowing > Practising > Understanding > Living. Being aware of yourself, your thoughts and feelings and knowing exactly what you want to change is the first step for you to take.

To be aware is a very powerful weapon that will get stronger with time; be aware of the negativity that is currently surrounding you, the positivity inside you that you can feed on, as well as finding out if you yourself are suppressing the avenues of positivity that are looking for a way to show themselves. Once you are aware, you will be able to take note of which thoughts and actions or even style of living are causing you harm, and in turn, you will be able to effectively disarm them. You’ll easily, quickly and effectively be able to stop, recognize, and disarm the negativity which will free your mind to utilize the knowledge you will discover in this book.

This is where we need to stop and learn that there is a big difference between ‘knowing’ and ‘understanding’. After you read this book you will have the knowledge that you need, which then will be put into practise, once you practise, and notice the positive changes that it will bring over time you will be able to fully understand.

To achieve understanding you will need to notice a change in yourself, a ‘eureka’ moment if you will. This is when you know that you have reached the understanding

phase. After you practise and understand the material, you’ll be free to finally live in the world that you choose, you’ll be able to choose happiness as a state of mind, revel in its greatness, and continue the journey through life learning and growing in the way that you want.

Hopefully the content contained in this book will teach you how to achieve such happiness through a positive attitude. This book, with deep understanding, will teach you how to accept and achieve a more positive, optimistic, and in turn, happy version of you. You’ll be able to take control, guide yourself through the troubles of life, and learn how to disarm the negativity that gets in the way of happiness.
