How Do I Know So Much Stuff?

Fact:

Fact:

Fact:

Facebook has over 1 billion monthly active users.

What makes this ‘directory’ different is the power of

connectivity and the social graph.

Facebook connections represent friends, family, co-

workers...

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO “FRIEND” THESE PEOPLE TO

FIND THEM ON FACEBOOK!

But you SHOULD be my friend.

Find ONE person that works at the place

you want to steal recruit someone from.

Look at the person’s friends on Facebook.

Click on anyone that lists the

workplace/position that you desire.

Look at those people’s friends.

Keep going until you find the right person.

Click on that person & send them a private

message from your account to theirs.

Dearest Jason, I’ve been farming your friends for years.

If there’s one thing I can count on, it’s Jason making friends at work.

While Jason is totally awesome, and thankfully he never discovered what I was doing… What if you never find your Jason? That’s when you take it to the next level. That’s when you BranchOut.

It’s like LinkedIn but for Facebook.

It’s an application inside of Facebook.

It’s a way for recruiters to connect with job

seekers without becoming Facebook

friends.

I have over 250,000 people in my network

right now.

My company pays to have back-end access to ALL

people on BranchOut; and my first, second, and

third Facebook connections.

They have two services for recruiters: Recruiter

Connect & Career Connect

Pay for Recruiter Connect. It costs less than

running ads and saves you TIME.

Contact: sales@branchout.com.

I don’t use Recruiter Connect the way they showed me

to use it during the sales demo.

I use it to find the names of hard-to-find-people.

I repeat, I use BranchOut as a sourcing tool, much like

you would use LinkedIn as a sourcing tool.

But your network of people is so much larger on

Facebook. BECAUSE THAT’S HOW MATH WORKS.

Sometimes people show up without a name. No worries. I know a work-around. Just click “Start Introduction”. And then the real magic starts to happen.

These people are No-Name’s Facebook friends. LOOK THEM UP ON FACEBOOK!

BOOM! No-Name FOUND!

Thank you, Alicia! Whoever you are.

Now pick up the phone and call that person!

Yes, call them at work!

If I cannot get them at work, I send them messages through Facebook.

If we have a mutual Facebook friend, I call that

person and get their cell phone number.

Milk is for closers.
