Spam filters are hard at work helpingconsumers keep unwanted messages out.

This must be some kind of conspiracy...

What does this mean for PR?

Marketing?

Advertising?

SO we need to RETHINKthe way we do our jobs.

We’ve got to stop clogging

And start blogging(and vlogging.)

This is the new PR.

The social presence

The searchable presence

If we build it… in a way that’s
