99 to 100% of grantees report having the security software necessary to protect their data. Exception: instant messaging encrypting (42%).

However, only 85% have security policies in place that govern the use of the internet and the protection of confidential data.

While all grantees have the capacity to create electronic records, less than half of grantees have developed policies regarding the management of electronic records.

At least annual training for program staff was reported by 85 to 90%
