Opening Doors with Open Source

DESCRIPTION

In 2010, the Marlboro College Library implemented an open-source integrated library system --Koha-- which has opened up the collection for teaching, research, and enjoyment in new ways. The catalog's social features invite users to tag and comment items and create public lists, breathing life into the library's collection. Hear how this new tool and other open source projects (Ubuntu netbooks, CUFTS/GODOT, and Zotero) are bringing the Marlboro community to its library and bringing the library to the Marlboro community.
