How to Use Survey Monkey

Go to http://www.surveymonkey.com.

Click on the “Sign up Free” button.

Fill out all the necessary information. Click on “Create account” when done.

To begin creating your survey, write its title on the space provided and then click “Create survey!”

Create your custom theme by selecting from the drop-down menu in the “Design Survey” folder.

Click on the “Add Question” button.

A pop-up window will appear. Choose your question type from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up window will appear. Modify the question to your liking.

When done formatting your questions, you can click on the “Preview Survey” button.

A pop-up window containing your survey will appear.

Next, click on the “Collect Responses” Tab.

Choose the method you’d like your responses collected.

Click on either of the two “Next Step” buttons.

Copy and paste the survey link as shown to your e-mail so that the respondents can answer it.

When you click on the “Analyze Results” tab, the current survey results are broken down for you.
