• Promoting library events

• Promoting stock (link in with world events, birthdays, ‘this day in history’)

• Promote other Dudley services

• Retweeting tweets from other organisations

• Dealing with enquiries (renewals, book stock, hours, problems)

• Emergency closures, services down (ict)

• Jan 2013 –launch of twitter reading group
