In today's lesson, we de-rigged all of the lights in the hall as shown in the picture, in preparation for the Ringwood production of Starlight Express. There are quite a few other lights that are being hired for the production, but these are the ones owned by the school that we will be using:

• 24x PAR64 • 8x Profile Spots • 10x Flood Lights

Most of the PAR'S will be positioned on the truss above the stage. Two of the floodlights will be put backstage for the cast and crew, and another two will be above the audience. The profile spots will be placed at both ends of each truss, to provide a bright light coverage that can be operated at many different angles should they need to be.
