OUR CHOSEN SONG

The song ‘Everywhere I Go’ by Lissie is classed as indie/folk, however we want to try and push the

music video more towards the indie side, and we will do this through our mise-en-scene. The song itself centres around the concept of danger, and

that it is always lurking close behind, therefore we are going to incorporate a stalker character to

reflect this.

LOCATION/SETTING

We have decided that we want to film all over Central London as there are a lot of places that

would work well for our artist’s image development. We want to develop our artist’s image so that our

audience get a good idea for what Cerys is all about. We want our video to have a hugely indie feel, and there are so many London spots that

would accommodate to this. The most important thing is to keep the indie ambience, and to convey

her personality clearly with simplicity and ease.

LOCATION 1: CAMDEN

This will be where we shoot our artist Cerys having fun with

her friends.

LOCATION 2: PARK ROYAL

We will be going to the arcade in Park Royal to

shoot scenes of our artist having a good

time, in order to show her fun side.

LOCATION 3: ALLEY

We shall find a back alley whilst shooting in London, and use

this alley for the performance shots of

our artist.

CLOTHING FOR CERYS

We want our artist Cerys to hold an indie image and therefore clothes and

appearance play a relatively important role in this. On first impression we want our

audience to admire her style and character.

MAKE UP

Our aim is to keep to simplicity, we will keep her make up easy and natural

looking. However we may toy with the idea of a red lip.

HAIR

Our artist Cerys has short to medium blonde hair, and

ideally we will leave her hair looking relatively natural in

the video.

STALKER CHARACTER

As the song is about lurking danger we wanted to convey this through the music video visually. Therefore the idea of a stalker character seemed a relevant idea. We want our stalker to remain anonymous with mostly shots behind his head, and ideally never seeing his face. By doing so this makes the stalker less identifiable and it’s clear that he is

representing the danger. This could also spark more intrigue in our audience and keep them watching. Our

stalker character shall be played by Blixa Aguerreberry.
