“Good morning Lenny, how you been feeling?”

“Eh… I’m all right. There seems to be a growing amount of blood when I cough. Sometimes I can’t stop myself and then I start throwing up, which again is full of blood.”

“Ok Lenny, We’ve had your test results back and its not look too good, it seems like you have an aggressive form of cancer attached to your right lung which is likely to spread quickly.”

“The cancer is a SCLC, otherwise known as Small Cell Lung Cancer…”
