Flex steer Flex Steer enables drivers to choose among three driving modes (Normal/Comfort/Sport) according to their preference. A dedicated switch embedded in the steering wheel is easy to operate and can be switched while driving or when the vehicle is still.

Electronic Stability Control (ESC) / 4WD Assistance ControlESC / 4WD Assistance Control are functions that minimise the risk of running off course in the event of entering a curve at high speeds. 4WD Assistance Control distributes traction to the rear wheels while ESC exerts braking in the inner rear wheel to help control the vehicle in advance, at a stage before conventional ESC systems would have been activated. They deliver more stable driving performance by helping drivers control their vehicle at will and improving driving agility.

6 airbag systemAn optimal-performance airbag system has been installed to minimise the injuries of not only the driver, but also the passengers in the passenger and back seats. Side and curtain airbags minimise injuries from side collisions.

Hyundai Motor Company develops advanced engines that are smaller and lighter, which simultaneously realise maximum power, best fuel economy and eco-friendliness unrivaled in the market. Among them, the two engines that are mounted on the Grand Santa Fe—the 3.3 MPi gasoline engine and the R2.2 CRDi diesel engine—embody the driving sensation and efficient fuel economy characteristic of SUVs. The 3.3 MPi Gasoline Engine boasts a maximum output of 270 ps / 6,400 rpm and maximum torque of 32.4 kg.m / 5,300 rpm. The R2.2 CRDi Diesel Engine also does its share to provide exceptional satisfaction with a maximum output of 197 ps / 3,800 rpm and maximum torque of 44.5 kg.m / 1,800-2,500 rpm.

Audio system The audio system, which allows you to enjoy various media including radio, CDs and MP3 files, provides outstanding life-like sound through its virtual sound features. The optional audio system comes with a 4.3-inch TFT LCD monitor and optimally placed function buttons to make listening to music even more convenient.

Steering wheel remote control Various switches are embedded in the steering wheel so that drivers can easily operate audio and cruise control functions while driving without being distracted from the road.

Supervision cluster with built-in colour monitor (Thin Film Transistor LCD) A sharper and more sophisticated Supervision Cluster, with its 4.2-inch TFT LCD, makes it easy to view a wide range of driving and vehicle status information and completes the futuristic interior design of the Grand Santa Fe.

Rear view camera display A rear view camera promotes safe driving and parking by enabling drivers to see the back of their vehicle through a monitor while backing up or parking.

Second seat remote folding The Grand Santa Fe’s rear seat layout was designed to provide passengers maximum comfort. Its second seat remote folding feature conveniently creates a large luggage space with the activation of a lever.

The Grand Santa Fe guarantees optimal efficiency in all its seats, from the first row to the third, with a practical interior layout that provides convenience and comfort no matter how it is figured. For the seven seater, the second seat row can be divided into a 4:2:4 ratio and both backrows can be folded flat to accommodate diverse types of luggage. The six seater provides extra room and armrests for the second row passengers, while the third row seat can be folded flat to ensure maximum versatility. Panorama sunroof The Grand Santa Fe’s panorama sunroof offers even more openness compared to conventional panorama sunroofs by eliminating the centre beam of the headlining and using motor-driven roller blinds.

Dual full auto air conditioner The driver and the passenger can each set their own temperature while a ventilation system in the second row creates a pleasant environment for those seated in the back.

Heated seats Seats can be heated not only in the first row but in the second row as well, making you feel warm and snug and letting you enjoy a pleasant ride even in the coldest of winters.

Driver/Passenger power seats & Integrated Memory System (IMS) The ergonomically designed driver’s and front passenger seats can be adjusted conveniently to suit individual physical conditions, while a four-way lumbar support and a button-operated headrest provide greater comfort. The driver’s seat also comes with a built-in IMS function that can automatically recall seat and side mirror positions.

Third row air conditioner The passengers of the third row seats can also control their own temperature by using a dedicated heater and air conditioning system.

LED rear combination lamps LED rear lamps sporting a sophisticated design provide exceptional visibility, and even come with an Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) that prevents collision risks with even more efficiency.
