Dena Al Atassi - A Gym-Free Way to Live a Healthier Life
Healthy living for women can be quite a challenge when they get to manage it along with house and
office. This additional bit of pressure to stay fit takes a toll on them. And in order to maintain it all,
women get inclined to processed food and fast food options, since they are short on time. That is where
the fitness gets affected. To add on to it, the poor exercise choices often contradict with the healthier
lifestyle choices, thereby, making the situation even worse.
It is said that, “Healthy living is a life sentence, you will never be pardoned”. This statement clearly
conveys that healthy living is a way of living and can’t be measured on the scale. Thus, in order to
encourage free women to stay fit, Dena Al Atassi has come up with the healthy lifestyle blog, wherein
she encourages women to live a fit and active life by sharing the ways to live a happier life. She states
that the actions we take every day directly or indirectly affect our lifestyle. We thus, must integrate
healthy habits into the life; it might not proffer prompt results, but with some time and patience, you
shall see the effective results.
Dena believes the key to a truly successful life is to think of ‘productivity’ and explains the ways in which
