After failed to get the solution on the search engine, I took my vehicle to the deanship and the experienced technician claimed that I had had misaligned the slip ring (under the steering). In short, steering angle sensor proved to be losing some basic setting. The basic producers would be done through a VAG Vagcom 12.12.0 diagnostic USB cables VCDS. It is not that difficult a job, so I have myself quickly mastered the technique.

The basic setting procedure goes like this:

System voltage at least 12V1) Turn on the vehicle ignition switch and start the vehicle.2) Drive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at the speed not higher than 20 km/h. 3) When the steering wheel is straight, stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straight. Make

sure the vehicle is not move again. 4) Start the engine again and do not turn off the ignition switch. 5) Plug the VAGCOM USB interface into the computer6) Install driver and software with the VCDS video instruction (超链接)https://onedrive.live.com/?

7) Connect the VAGCOM to the vehicle’s OBD port 9) Select [03 - Brake Electronics]>> [Measuring Blocks - 08]>>Group 00410) Check field 1, the value has to be between -1.5 and +1.5 °. Go back to the previous menu11) Select [Coding-II - 11] OR (if Coding-II is not available) [Security Access - 16], enter 40168,

to enable the basic setting.12) Go back to main function menu. Select [Basic Setting-04]>>Group 060. After finish basic

setting, click “OK” in field 2.13) Go back. Select [Close Controller, Go Back - 06]. Exit the program.

Note:  The Steering Limit Stop needs to be adapted as well after successfully changing basic setting.
