We have signed up with M/s.“DIAGNOSTIC ENGINEERS” an INDIAN based Company for checking the

faults on Rotating Equipment like Turbines, Fans, Kilns Compressors and Pumps. Shifting the machines to

different location for identifying the faults on these machines is a costly and time consuming process. Our

Engineers with a proven experience in this field would come to the site and diagnose the faults and do the

balancing in the site and ensure the optimum performance of the machine.

Vibration levels and signatures from the machines are

periodically measured and trended to assess their

condition. Any change in the vibration levels/pattern isidentified and diagnosed. Based on this corrective

actions are suggested to put the machine back in to

operation.

suitable clamps or by applying carbon composite wrappings after depressurizing the line.

The pipelines, Conductors, structures which are in offshore get badly corroded in the splash zone. The life of

these assets could be substantially increased by the use of suitable protection methods.


Valves Maintenance

After prolonged use, the Valve internals are subjected to

wear and tear. Proper lubrication of the parts keep the
