AMAZON WIZARD
AMAZON ANTICIPATORY SHIPMENT SERVICE is able to predict what you, as a customer, want to purchase and will initiate an order on your behalf. Amazon will take advantage of its vast amount of data to determine what a customer might buy based on purchase
history, wish lists, Internet searches, returns and tracking a customer’s behavior on a website.
AMAZON WIZARD
Overnight delivery becomes standard.
Customers that want to get newly released products as soon as they hit the market will have AMAZON ship those items.
Customers that need delivery of items they are using on a regular basis will enjoy AMAZON shipping them without delay, at best price available.
Returning goods will be easy and convenient, and wrongly delivered items will be discounted or gifted.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
AMAZON WIZARD must be able to employ complex algorithms.
Algorithms must be sophisticated enough to reduce the number of possible returns that are costly.
There must be technology in place that will enable Amazon to order and ship on behalf of its customers.
ASSUMPTIONS
Customers will trust Amazon to make orders and ship them on their behalf.
Amazon’s customers won’t abuse company discount and gift policy for wrongly delivered items.

As an Amazon customer I want Amazon to predict what I might want to order so delivery time will be reduced to the minimum.
