This Activity offers you some of beautiful view of the island, traditional Balinese Villages andfascinating insight into Balinese life, beliefs and culture through learning about its food, cookingand culinary myths.

The cooking class discussion are relaxed and friendly, and are held five times a week in the lushtropical setting of the family compound of you host. The chef and restaurant include specificreferences to the role of food in Balinese society, its ceremonial use and religious importance.

Participant learn about the exotic herb and species used in ceremonial and everyday Balinesedishes and are encouraged to actively help prepare the lavish Balinese feast that w ill then beenjoyed w ith a glass or two of the local rice w ine, or homemade hibiscus tea. Recipes areprovoked in each class and people f ages and background can enjoy the classes.
