Background

This brief document outlines the depth of experience that bChannels offers in the

development and deployment of P2C and P2P solutions for technology clients. In broad terms, a Partner to Customer (P2C) solution is an enhanced partner finder, which

makes it easy for end customers to find the right solution, the right sales channel, and

the right partner. A Partner to Partner (P2P) solution supports channel collaboration,

enabling partners to leverage the breadth of global channels to increase their access to deals, and grow their average deal size by working together.

Extensive Experience and Expertise

bChannels has worked with the leading global technology companies to deliver

solutions of this type, including Symantec and Intel. We have also consulted with

companies like SAP and Microsoft to guide development of their in house tools. bChannels tools, like the Symantec solution explained below, are delivered using the

partnermarketing.com platform which we have developed working with our sister

company Second2.

Symantec E-Match

bChannels developed the E-Match tool on our partnermarketing.com platform for

Symantec. The tool

allows partners to self- profile and then to

submit details of

matching requirements.

E-Match shows potential matching partners based

on profile with a

percentage likely fit.

Intel Locator

The Intel partner locator tool was developed over a number

of years by bChannels for Intel

worldwide. A key feature of this tool is the use of dynamic

sales and skills data to feed

partner profiles. This data is

fed from Intel systems and algorithms are used to find

matches to customer

requirements. This approach reduces the dependency of the

tool on partner self-profiling, which can be incomplete or out of date. You can try out
