JOINING THE SYSTEM OF DIRECT SALES

The registration of independent consultants at BeDiamond is free, however to join the SVD of

BeDiamond it is needed to just make a minimum initial order of 80 CP, each request has specific product

characteristics and services to be chosen by the consultant.

The Membership to the program “SVD - BeDiamond” automatically occurs when a minimum order of 80

CP is made and there is an agreement with terms and conditions of contract of the the independent

consultant; this order usually consists of products and services offered by BeDiamond: from that request

you will have access to products and services of BeDiamond and can provide the same to your

customers; with 80 personal CP in your initial application you will also have access to our direct sales

system and the possibility to form a staff, where you can form a team of independent consultants that

may be subsidized by sales volumes of all your staff as per the bonus plan described in this document.

It is important to check all the rules of the compensation plan and the disclosure rules and sales of the

BeDiamond products.

FORMS OF PROFIT


Direct Sale Bonus

With becoming an independent consultant of BeDiamond, you will buy the products

made available by the SVD with a discount, at wholesale price and resell them to the final

consumer at the retail price, as follows:

EXAMPLE:

You have bought, as an independent consultant, 1 diamond of 0.10 ct;

Wholesale price for the independent consultant = U$ 150.00

Retail price for the final consumer = U$ 250.00

Profit on direct sale = U$ 100.00


Gains in direct selling can have variations depending by the profit margin of BeDiamond

on each product. You can also earn a bonus from selling travel packages, flights,

accommodations and car rentals on the BeTour system: earnings vary from 4% to 12% of

the total price of the service offered/sold

Fast Start Bonus (BA)

On the first request made by the consultant appointed by you, you earn a commission,

provided that such consultant makes a minimum order of 80 CP.

The percentage paid in the BA is in accordance with your personal score generated in

your initial package.

Top Sales Bonus (BTV)

With selling 30 Builder packages OR 20 Company packages OR 10 World packages you'll

earn an international travel (Flight + Accommodation); BeDiamond will choose and

provide among 06 to 10 different destinations for the consultant to choose his/her

destination.

Indirect Sale Bonus (BVI)

This bonus is an important stepstone to enable you build a solid foundation as a

BeDiamond independent consultant: you will receive a one-time bonus on the first

package of your personal indirect downlines up to the 10th (tenth) level, as follows:

Binary Membership Bonus

This bonus is calculated on your "placement tree", consisting of two (2) teams, the left

and the right ones. You will receive this bonus based on the development of the volume

of sales (CP) within your placement tree. A Builder sale will generate 80 CP(30%), a

Company sale will generate 160 CP(40%), and a World sale will generate 400 CP(50%).

The consultants immediately above you can also put other people in your tree, thus

greatly helping you with the production of CP: you – too – will have to commit yourself in

helping people on your lower team to generate sales volume through the sales system.

On a daily basis, BeDiamond will perform the binary calculation for all active and qualified

consultants, and the consultant will receive a bonus of 30-40-50% of the volume in CP of

his lower team that will be deducted from the total CP. The same amount of CP is also

deducted from his greater team; any remaining CP (on the greater team) not paid on that

day will be accumulated for the following day; in order to receive this CP accumulated

within the greater team it will be necessary a new volume of CP in your lower team. The

maximum daily gain in binary calculation is 25,000 CP per day.

The CPs to calculate the binary will consist of: direct sales, diamond-packages and BeTour

personal sales of your down line in your placement tree, whether they be DIRECT,

INDIRECT or SPILLOVER.

Binary Residual Bonus

The Binary Residual bonus is a very important stepstone for a strong growth; similarly to

the previous bonus (Membership Bonus) it is calculated on the CPs of your "placement

tree" (both sides), and will pay you on the calculation of monthly activation in your

downline: on a monthly basis, every consultant will be automatically deducted 50 CP in

order to maintain their position in the system, no matter the package (Builder, Company,

World) they own. On this activation tou will earn a commission of 16 CP for EVERY

consultant in your downline.

Like the previous bonus, this one – too – will be paid on the lower team.

Always remember that the CPs to calculate the binary will consist of: monthly activations

of independent consultants of your downline in your placement tree, whether they be

DIRECT, INDIRECT or SPILLOVER, up to infinity levels.

In the following example, you have personally sponsored three consultants, either in the

left or right team, and all of them have made the same thing, that is they personally

sponsored another three consultants each, and so on...

After 10 levels you will be earning US$ 664,290 MONTHLY on your lower team, without

having to sell anything more, just provided that the consultants in your network are

qualified and active.

Residual Unilevel Bonus

This Bonus is paid after the activation of your downline until your 8th (both indirect and

direct) level of personal sponsorship, and for each activation 11.5 CP are intended to

make up the Unilevel Bonus that will be divided into 8 levels, according to the following

table.

Title Advancement Bonus

In order to foster the development and growth of an independent consultant in the SVD

of BeDiamond we have created this Bonus: with it you can earn through your growth

within the SVD, and it is important to note that this bonus privileges those who

distinguish themselves in training their sales teams; this Bonus is always paid by the

volume of CP achieved by your lower team.

Profit Sharing Bonus

Once at the top level of the SVD of BeDiamond you can receive up to 6% of the liquid

profit share. At the end of the year - in its annual accounting period - the company will

share its profits with all those qualified for the BDL. The rule to qualify for the BDL: to

help the greatest possible number of independent consultants in your downline –

personally sponsored – to qualify as DIAMOND, according to the following table.

The CP for the TITLE is cumulative, lifetime and hereditary for active and renewed contracts.

CPs are an internal "currency" at BeDiamond, every 1 (one) CP in the SVD is equivalent to US$

1.00, which is the functional currency for all payments at BeDiamond, therefore all bonuses are

accounted for in our system in CPs and converted to your bonuses statement in US$ (U.S.

Dollar).

MONTHLY ACTIVATION

In order to remain active in the SVD of BeDiamond, on a monthly basis it is

necessary to renew the maintenance in the SVD, the activation values are defined

at the time of subscription, and are bound to the selected plan.

It is important to remember that some bonuses are payable only if the

independent consultant has an active status in his/her own virtual office.

The monthly activation has the purpose of maintening the virtual office, as well as

the maintenance of safes for storage of diamonds that is required to enter as

independent consultants in the market of diamonds.

QUALIFICATION

To remain qualified in the SVD of BeDiamond you must have one (1) active

independent consultant within your left team and one (1) active independent

consultant within your right team; in order to be eligible to receive some bonuses

you need to be qualified, this information can be found in table named BONUS

RANK.

RENEWAL

The SVD is renewed every twelve months, and in order to renew your contract

with BeDiamond it is enough the acquisition of a new package of at least 80 CP;

thus will be automatically renewed your position and your network downline, and

the rules established by the package chosen at the moment of the renewal.

All values presented by BeDiamond in its presentations and in its business plan are simulations

and projections of earnings; BeDiamond does not guarantee results, since all the projections of

earnings are directly related to the SVD and to the work of development of a solid selling team,

active and with steady growth.
