Our manifesto
Our ambition is to become the world's number 1 name in brand strategy
We will be famous for having the biggest ideas, not the biggest agency
We’ll have 5 books published by end 07 and will continue continue to launch new titles, including use of new media such as DVD, blogs and podcasts, and further building our presence on TV, in the press and at conferences
We’ll expand our network of partners from 3 to 10, attracting, nurturing and developing the best brand thinkers who will add new intellectual property to the brandgym
We’ll be the "Dreamworks of branding", creating tailor-made teams of leading-edge, best-in-class experts for each project instead of building a "factory of consultants”: a fast, flexible and forward-thinking approach
We’re coaches building long term relationships with brandgym members one at a time, not consultants doing hit-and-run projects for clients. brandgym membership will be something that is valued, enjoyed and talked about
By building our reputation we will create opportunities for our partners to work less and earn more than they did in corporate life. We will be free to fully explore our personal passions and creative outlets and spend quality time with our families

Who are we looking for? "Needles in the haystack"!
Min 10-15 years experience of leading major brand vision and positioning projects
Worked in a top agency/consultancy and ideally also as a client
Premier league facilitator
Proven track record of winning/generating $2 million+ of business per year and generating re-purchase and client loyalty
Ability and desire to work independently, without a team (though you may choose to work with freelance people and partner agencies)
Creatively strategic, strategically creative
Sees branding as a business-building process, not about creating "image wrappers"
Confident, committed, quick-thinking
Believe in having “professional fun”
Likely age mid 30s

How it works
You have the rights to build the brandgym business in a given region and/or sector
We sign a contract that covers issues such as quality control, minimum fee levels
We train you up: 2 days formal, plus follow-up coaching
You win and manage your own projects, with our help
You use the brandgym network as much or as little as you want, beyond the partner retreats we have in cool places once a year
You keep the fees you earn, less a percentage for being part of the brandgym network using the 20/10/10 rule (see over)
