Business Challenge The client is one of the world’s largest Financial services firm having branches spread out throughout the world. A
major objective for the Human Resources team of the company is to find the right resources for its open positions.
But instead of hiring externally, they want to search for suitable resources internally(resources who are not
deployed or looking forward to move from their current position) and decide whether they can be deployed in the
available position
BRIDGEi2i Solution BRIDGEi2i engaged in a data driven consulting engagement to build a tool that collects data from various HR
departments on available positions, available resources and resources, who are looking for a change. The tool will
then analyse the available positions with the resources and find the best match based on the requirements of the
position such as Grade, Skill, as well as the demographic information such as location, shift, language etc. These
results will be sent out to clients who can then conduct interviews with selected candidates and fill the position

Match Algorithm & Report Generation
Match Algorithm matches the positions with available
resources based on various match criteria. The result of Match
algorithm as well as the reports on Match rate, quality of
