Every verb has a stem and an ending.
The infinitive does not have a subject. It’s your “base verb.”

Since the ending usually tells the subject, the subject pronoun is normally left out.
You can use the subject pronoun to add emphasis.
You should also use it when the subject would not be clear. (3rd person).

Preposition “a”
Use “a” after ir to mean to.Vamos a la clase de matemáticas.
We go to math class.
Use “a” after jugar when talking about a sport.
Jugamos al básquetbol.
We play basquetball.
“a” + “el” = al

Many weather expressions begin with hace (a form of hacer).
