1) A packaged offer bundling conception-building- maintenance services for the city of Istanbul key-illumination projects.

3) Considering a performance contract, CITELUM recommends a minimum of three years duration.
4) While offering it's expertise in operation and maintenance of illuminations, CITELUM is looking forward to cooperate with local partners in the daily management and the execution of the maintenance interventions.
Through the maintenance services offer, CITELUM will become the lighting partner of the city of Istanbul and will have a real advising role
to assist the city in decision making..
