Firstly I started off by opening the original image on Photoshop

I then changed the brightness to +68 and the contrast to -16 as the image was too dark and doing this made it lighter but also brighter.

I then used the burn tool to make the model’s eyeliner darker, the purpose of this was so that he eyes are more defined.

I then used the healing tool effect to get rid of any blemishes of bruses from the models skin to make it look airbrushed.

I then used the lasso tool to select the model’s lips, feathered at 5 so that it was smoother outline. I then used the colour variations tool to change the colour of the lips so that they were pink, the purpose of this was so that the models lips stand out more and also fit into the POP genre.

This is my final outcome.
