businesses with “World Class” resources, expert

advice, and networking opportunities to help them

grow and prosper. An annual membership, based

on company size, is required to access these

services, as well as to attend various special events and training programs.

that would allow their sales and service teams to easily

access customer membership information.

• Furthermore, they needed to make sure their third party

membership / CRM system and their Dynamics SL

accounting software worked in harmony.
