Key Requisites• Personal Traits
– Drive to succeed, willingness to work hard & passion for delivering quality to customers.
• Premises– Access to minimum 600 sq ft (Restaurant) of prime retail
premises on the ground floor in a key retail market or shopping mall or high street.
• Investment Capability– Capability to invest Rs.15 lacs - 2 cr for Restaurants (exact
investments would vary depending on the premises).• Experience
– Prior service sector experience in any sector would be a definite plus.

Next Step
Once convinced of our ability to execute the project and interested in assigning us the project, you shall confirm the same by paying an advance amount. This amount will cover the cost of Project report for Financial sanction. Same will be adjusted against the total payment for the entire project.
During the project execution period the payment pattern will be spread in following manner –Rs 1 lac as part of signup & confirmation before furbishing of the concept.40% before the commencement of Interior Layout.30% before the commencement of Kitchen Equiptment Planning.15% before the commencement of Recruitment.Balance before the commencement of Final Opening .
In addition to the above, we will be reimbursed all out of pocket expenses (including to & fro airfares, 3 star lodging & boarding) against the bills submitted by us.
