Much of what appears, about loyalty, is in reality, inertia. But what are Customer really thinking about Loyalty to their bank? It seems that at the moment, Banks in UK and Customers are not in the same page. A study by TNS UK is giving us some pictures of the implications for the Banks and how they might seek to change the negative perceptions that customers have of them:
