Cekindo will be responsible for following activities:1. To attend internal and external project meetings and conference calls
where appropriate.2. To co-ordinate meeting schedules, visit agendas, take minutes and
distribute and follow up on action points where necessary.3. To assist with producing and maintaining project documentation helping
the Project Manager to ensure project goals are achieved and that all processes and procedures are established.
4. Assist in the administration of established client contract processes for Revisions, Requests, Instructions, Change Orders and Non Conformance Reports.
5. To assist in ensuring that project delivery and documentation is complete, accurate and filed on a timely basis.

6. To support Operational Teams during project go live periods and to provide additional hands on resource as necessary.
7. To assist with the production of client presentations and other project training documentation.
8. To provide general office assistance – photocopying, typing, filing, printing, binding etc.
9. To produce monthly and ad hoc reports as and when requested, ensuring that the format is consistent and the data correct.
10. To co-ordinate issue and collate satisfaction surveys.11. Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
