Our range of services enable companies from trade and industry to promote and sell variousproduct types via a variety of alternative online-sales-channels and via independent ownonline-shops.

In doing so, we handle – for a variety of business clients – the entire sales process, whichincludes the warehousing, logistics and all aspects of after-sales-service… as we are alreadydoing successfully for over 25 companies of all sizes.

BUSINESS 2 BUSINESSThe optimal sale via eBay, Amazon and other sales channels requires a smooth flow of dataand goods to and from the customer. In addition, when selling goods via eBay, it is especiallyimportant that both the potential buyers and actual buyers have a contact person in ourcustomer service, at any time, via email and telephone, and that customer service handlesenquiries in a competent and friendly manner.

Logistics is a very sensitive and important issue when selling to the end-consumer. This iswhy we operate the logistics on own accord, in our own warehouse and service centre. Onlythe dispatch is handled by an external service provider: either DHL or a specialised freightingagent.

The total transaction process is presented in the sections below in a modular way. Becauseour system is built in modular manner and is scalable it is possible to integrate singularmodules into existing external systems.

Management of offersThere are endless ways and means of placing goods for sale on the Internet. In order tobe successful, excellent specialised knowledge of online marketplaces and selling optionsis needed. Furthermore, it is essential to understand the consumer profiles on the respectivemarketplaces well, so that you can optimally shape your offers. Finally, one needs topresent product information and photos so as to promote sales, and for that one needsto create an online-design that is in line with the know-how and requirements of our clients(e.g. company logo, design, CI); this guarantees your products an optimal presentationin the Internet.

Customer serviceWith respect to distance trade via online sales and auctions close customer support isparticularly decisive. BAYBARS CONSULTING offers a highly competent service centrethat is available at any time to answer possible questions arising on behalf of customers,via email, fax or telephone.

Order managementDirect contact is made with the customer after a sale or a completed auction, which is thenfollowed by the organisation of payment-management and the dispatch of goods to thecustomer.

Payment managementNo matter from which angle you look at it: payment of a completed transaction via eBayis a very sensitive subject. This is why we developed a very special system that guaranteessecurity and swiftness of the transaction for all parties involved. All turnover flows into aspecial trust account, incoming payments are booked and processed on a daily basis. Thistrust account underlies a strict set of rules, so that the obtained commissioned turnoveris secured and available to suppliers in all events.

LogisticsThe complete process of logistics, i.e. from storing to commissioning, from packaging todispatching etc., is handled by our own warehousing or a partner warehouse. Our technologyoffers full transparency of the dispatch status at all times.

CRMFollowing a successful sale, all customer data is stored by us (in line with data privacyrights) and used for possible after-sales activities.

After-Sale-ServiceWe are naturally available to all customers after the point of sale. This includes productadvice, if problems should arise or if there should be a product complaint or return.

Sales analysis and reportingOur business clients receive a monthly detailed report of all sales and auctions, showingobtained prices, quantities, etc. (in the pilot-phase, these reports can be supplied on aweekly basis, if desired). In this manner various sales settings can be compared andoptimised if necessary.

Accounting and paymentThe payments of the purchasers of products are administrated securely and paid out toclients once the process of invoicing is completed. A detailed statement is created toillustrate the ratio between money obtained versus costs for our services. The client thenbills us for the outstanding amount.
