DESCRIPTION
People relate what they remember about your people to your employer brand so showcasing outside interests is something employers need to do more of. Yes, I like my job but I love my hobbies and if my company supports my hobbies then I love my job and employer even more. Maybe. These slides are more about me than what I do but maybe my Yukon journey will encourage more people to remember me.
