• Events: Position has been closed, good transition • Education: new committee, strong results, expanded thinking around programming • Operations: intern, certifications being streamlined, digital readouts, new tool request • Membership: 185 members, strong volunteer base. Support for new rates; add keys?• Outreach: Good drumbeat of updates - email, social. New video project, new retail “events” focus• Admin: Strong transition from Lasher to Grenn, beginning of final push to solid books, controls
