employees, donors, volunteers, Greenpeace International and colleagues NGO’s.

We preferred an open discussion for the best insights, but how to organize an event on

short notice?”

1. Determine the objective: Together with you we define the desired outcome of the workshop and its role in the bigger picture. Define not only what you want to know, but also why the participants are willing to contribute.

2. Design the workshop: Like a normal workshop we determine the agenda/program and develop the questions and exercises for the workshop. An average online workshop takes one week.

3. Select the participants: Decide who you want to include. With little effort up to 250 participants located anywhere can join!

4. Set-up the workshop: Each workshop is configured in your unique house style to let the participants feel at home. We prepare the e-mail campaign and refresh your moderation skills.

1. Mobilise: With proven persuasion techniques we seduce invitees to participate. We can assure up to 80% show up for your online meeting in just one week!2. Activate: We activate participants to contribute to the discussion by the use of clear call to actions, the attractive design and easy to use platform. Usually more than 50% of the participants in the room contribute actively in the discussion.3. Moderate: We help you to get the best out of the of the dialogue. We share the basics of moderation with you and advice you day to day on the best actions to take. 4. Consolidate: After the workshop we consolidate contributions, formulate conclusions and share the outcomes with the participants.
