How to know if you’re a good fit: • Graduate caliber with 5 years experience in human resources • Ability to critically analyze status quo and propose creative solutions • Maturity, high personal standards • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills • Ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients and act as business partner to the management • Fluent in English What you will do is described bellow but we are looking for someone who will really challenge the business. • Build, maintain and develop relationships with internal clients in order to diagnose organizational needs. Propose solutions aimed at enhancing team and individual development and thus ensure reaching maximum professional effectiveness • Provide support to the management of the account in manpower planning and creating organizational design • Act as first contact for the management and employees of the account in HR related matters and facilitate communication between operations and human resources • Ensure knowledge transfer of the HR related topics to the managers within the account • Provide support to the management of the account in building relationships with external client and provide input in discussions regarding staff retention, talent management, succession planning and resourcing needs. You will be part of a dynamic team, and you’ll have a really good benefits package.
