• VRF Air to Air heat pump system

• Software monitors temperature and usage:

• Switches OFF when room is unoccupied or temperature exceeds set points

• Switches ON to maintain minimum temperature

• Programmed for temperature to fall back when guest is sleeping

• Window open control

• Offsets room set points depending on outside temperature and season
