IASHINGTON is an unique initiative, because it is an

international conference that will offer the delegates a

complete learning experience, both on personal and

professional levels.

The conference will chance Iasi for a whole week into a truly

multicultural capital. This event has the objective of promoting

the cultural values and the beauty of Iasi and Moldavia to the

young people worldwide.

The conference offers learning sessions, self knowledge,

creative workshops, Global Village and networking

1st track: Achieving Performance(Leadership & Management)

Where is the crossing line between these two? Figured it out?

Most importantly: where do you fit best and what should you improve?

Manager mindset or leader attitude?

2nd track: Starting Line(Entrepreneurship & Initiative)

This will help you draw your own map regarding your career! You will find out if you are tailored to be an

entrepreneur or you just have some very good ideas!

You can spot an opportunity, but you don`t have the discipline to achieve success? Or you do have it, but

you just don`t have the courage to make a change?

3rd track: Creative Spark(Workshops)

The workshops we`re preparing are going to put your imagination to work!

You will have a lot of fun and you will learn things you never thought you will!

Does team work limit the greatness of your ideas, or is it the opposite? Does it make them better? Find

out!

4th track: Childhood Dream(Motivation & Personal Leadership)

This part it is about insights and self-discovery..

What drives you? What makes you productive? What you do best without trying?

If you`ll ever want to be an exceptional leader, you first have to learn how you can become your own

personal leader!

Iasi city tour (Palace of Culture, Palas, Museums, Mitropolia, Bucium etc.)

Traditional Romanian Night – the delegates discover Romanian traditional food and in the same

time will taste Romanian wines.

Workshops – Romanian traditional art (pottery etc.)

Treasure hunt – Saturday(8th of September) there will be a competition in which the 150 delegates

and 150 local participants will have the chance to discover Iasi after doing a series of activities. The

activities will be monitored by specialized partners.

Global Village – Multicultural fair in which every culture present at the conference will show

traditions from their countries. The Global Village will influence 30000 people.

Parties – (Cocktail party, Iashington Olympics, Dracula Party, Sin party, Concert with local and

national singers). The parties will also include contests and activities for the delegates and people

from Iasi.
