Presentation made at 2012 Start-up Springboard in London. About the integration of the two distinct approaches of creating values: problem-based entrepreneurship and human-centered design. Through incorporating both the top-down (quantitative) and bottom-up (qualitative) approaches, we could uncover further insights and identify hidden needs that could develop into innovative & inclusive business.
