Interect Inc. is a Solar Photovoltaic EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Company and was founded in 1997 by Hermann Pfaller, the company's CEO. Interect was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Toronto. Products and Services

The Quasar 1 Solar Tracker is a high quality 10 kilowatt tracking system for photovoltaic modules. The system is capable of adjusting its azimuth in order to maximize its exposure to sunlight.

Single axis tracking increases PV energy production by up to 30% compared to a fixed install.

The specially designed Voltage Equalizing Tracking (VET) system is designed to efficiently position the Quasar 1 towards the sun.

It then returns due south or 180º to its home position.

Designed to safely hold up to 800ft2 of solar panels.

Any 200 -230W mono or polycrystalline solar panel can be used for this tracking system.

Through a partnership with Quasar Alternative Energy Inc. and Interect, the Quasar 1 Solar Tracker has been designed with experience and innovation in mind.

The Interect Solar Education Program (ISEP) is a comprehensive training program designed to raise awareness, educate and train individuals interested in the solar industry.
