Since 1968, we have been involved in the Interior Design, Project Management, FacilityManagement and Construction field.

DESIGN PROPOSAL

DESIGN and RENOVATION

MILLPLACE APARTMENTS - Orangeville

A three storey, 52,000 sq.ft. brick structure, having been zoned as Industrial classification from1916, was negotiated, purchased and rezoning into a multi-residential classification.

The completed renovation was a 56 unit Residential Complex that became a working model forthe Convert-To-Rent program of the Ontario Government.

The complexity of changing building usage through the regulatory process, renovating a utilityenvironment into a residential, people pleasing facility, while still maintaining schedules wasaccomplished with little aggravation to the client.

Richard Lawson was the principal designer and project manager. As prime consultant, Richardwas actively involved in each phase of development, from initial purchase to coordination ofthe ribbon cutting ceremony with the provincial government.
