Our requirementYou should be in a position to make a capital investment of Rs. 30 to Rs. 40 Lac and be willing to operate own Jawed Habib salon on a hands-on day to day basis/ Have a female family member willing to be present on the premises during working hours to ensure smooth business operations.

You will need to own lease 1000 square feet of prime retail space in a well to do area to build a Jawed Habib Salon from provided interior plan.

You will need to find women’s and men’s lodge within short distance of your Jawed Habib Salon.

You will need to visit Mumbai once to coordinate with our various departments upon signing of the franchise agreement and to understand how to build, operate and report your business

FAQQuestion:How much is the total investment required to build a Jawed Habib Hair and Beauty Salon?

Answer:We charge only Rs. 7.5 Lac rest of the investment differs from area to area and size of salon being built. You will need to find out lease rental deposit in your area, once we come to know the space acquired we can give a suggestive interior fabrication budget that you are likely to incur at your end.

Do you help with staffing?

Answer: Yes we do. We will find, screen, grade, determine salary of hairstylist and beauticians and deploy them to your salon under your employment. We do not provide non technical staff. But we can always give you a helping hand to find salon manager. Cleaners are hired locally by the franchise owner.


FAQQuestion:

How much could be the monthly salon operating expenditure?

Answer: Your lease rental depending on the space acquired could be between Rs 75,000/- to Rs 150,000/-. Your staff salary would be around Rs 1,50,000/-. Fixed monthly royalty payment is Rs 30,000/-. With other expenses all put together the fixed cost of running a Jawed Habib Salon ranges between Rs 2.5 to Rs 3 Lacs. This figure could considerably vary from City to City and Area to Area. Answer:It takes around 1000 days for any business to come into its steady state, once in steady of business you can can expect to achieve gross billing range between Rs 400,000/- to Rs 600,000/-per month.

Answer:

But you need to keep a close watch on customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, staff discipline, salon hygiene, salon inventory that’s all. At least 2 hours presence at the salon during peak hours is an must.

FAQQuestion:How much is the franchise contract tenure?

Answer:

The franchise contract period is for 3 years. You can renew the contract by paying franchise renewal fees, which is discounted by 50%.


FAQQuestion:In case if I ever wish to exit your franchise or resell it. What is your comment?

Answer:

Yes, you can resell your franchised business to a willing buyer at best price. Upon transfer fees payment we will be happy to transfer the contract to new buyer.


FAQQuestion:Will you give us staffing support?

Answer:

Yes, we take responsibility to find suitable staff based on quota system. Once staff quota is consumed you will be charged a minimal fees for additional staff. We source staff from our national and regional pool.
